Net Profit Margin- What actually hits your bank account (after debt service and taxes).
Office Salaries- Your next biggest expense, keep it between 5%-7% of revenue for maximum efficiency and cash flow.
A/R Turnover- How fast you collect money. Shave off 5 days, and that can mean an extra six-figures in your bank account.
Current-Ratio– Are you sleeping like a baby or a zombie?
Equity- Your financial fortress
