Five years ago this week, I made one of the best decisions of my life: leaving the corporate world behind to chart my own path as an entrepreneur.
After 30 years in corporate America, I realized something: GenX has a lot to offer the world of small business. In a market flooded with 25-year-old “experts” telling you how to run your life, we bring something they can’t: experience, resilience, and the wisdom of having lived through Y2K and the rise of dial-up internet.
But let’s get real for a second. Owning a business comes with its own set of challenges, and at the top of the list is cash flow. You can have the best products, the most creative marketing, and a slick website, but if the money coming in isn’t steady and predictable, your business won’t thrive.

More isn't better until you get to the root of the problem!
